Brothers

There's a connection that happens when two people come together in the name of Christ. A connection of the souls in a way that cannot be broken. Time spent together seeking the Father and hearing the story he's set us in, binds together our hearts and deeper yet our spirits. If you know Jesus than you know the intimacy I speak of. The transparency of heart that happens between brothers, between sons of righteousness. Together as brothers and sisters we are better. We are better than we are alone. We weren't intended to fight alone. Jesus bind our hearts even more, bring us together as your children. Stomp all competition, jealousy and comparison. Life flows only from you. Let us crave you because you quench our thirst. Come and rescue us, fight for us, protect us from the enemy who lurks to destroy. Father keep us close. The fight is in us, your strength is in us, you Jesus have overcome, let our belief change the way we live. You are in control Father. I trust you. I need you deeply. I surrender. I am trusting that you're building a great army, a family, who will fight to see the hope you promise. Bring us together, create cooperation, stomp competition. Our hearts are yours to transform, make us new. Make us whole. We need you desperately. Take joy my king in what you hear and what you see. Be glorified among us.
